Shipping policy

Thank you for your order! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

 

PROCESSING TIME

 

Standard (non-pre-order) orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

 

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

 

Pre-order items will ship within 3–7 business days of the estimated ship date listed on the product page. We do our best to meet all estimated dates, but delays can happen due to production timelines, volume, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a significant delay occurs, we will do our best to notify affected customers by email.

 

Once a pre-order ships, it is considered final — pre-orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded after shipment.

 

SHIPPING CARRIERS AND METHODS

 

We ship primarily via USPS. The shipping method and carrier may vary based on order size, weight, and destination. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

 

We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

We do not currently offer international shipping through our standard checkout. If you are located outside the US and are interested in placing an order, please contact us at jobjobllc@gmail.com and we'll see what we can work out.

 

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

 

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental US. Delivery times may be longer for Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. These are estimates only — JobJobLLC is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off for shipment.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

 

JobJobLLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after a delivery confirmation has been issued by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. Then contact us at jobjobllc@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the situation.

 

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jobjobllc@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will work with you to make it right.
